Pouran "Pam" Shir joined the Rubissow team in mid 2008. She handles all aspects of A/P, A/R, compliance, reporting, taxes, inventory, accounting, customer data and overall cheerleading for the company's two businesses - Rubissow Wines and Rubissow VIneyards. She brings with her a wealth of executive experience in finance, marketing, accounting and corporate management. Cooking is also a passion for Chef Pam and her husband Jon - who together owned the award winning restaurant Cafe Pirouette in Seattle before moving to Napa. With Pam's recent move south to the warmer climate of California she refocused on small business finance and accounting, all amidst the beauty of Napa Valley's hills and vineyards. Food and wine are pleasures now shared with friends and family at her home in southern Napa, or on the porch at the Rubissow estate on summer weekends...
